Chemistry Student Housing at Hillview Apartments
The first year chemistry experience was designed to help new students acclimate to life
here at USC by providing an opportunity to interact with other students and faculty through
engaging programs, including dinners, social events, sight-seeing, and community service.
Building: Hillview provides large, fully furnished two-bedroom apartments for graduate students. Rent is about $1,265 per month. Our students do not have access to the studio housing option.
Style: The building’s two-bedroom, two-person format allows residents the privacy of their own bedrooms along with the advantages of sharing an apartment. Most apartments also have balconies.
Facilities: All apartments include cable, internet, air conditioning, heat, utilities (small charge for electricity usage), and a full kitchen.
Convenience: There is a tram stop right outside the building, and the location is a short 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to campus.
Parking: Parking in the building’s first floor gated garage is available through Transportation Services.
